Can't locate the email for certificate proofing?

After your certificate request form has been completed, you should receive an email from admin@digicert.com within 24 hours of the certificate request.


If you cannot locate this email, please review your spam or junk folders.  You can also add the email address: admin@digicert.com into your email security settings to accept emails from this email address.


If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us by lodging a support ticket which can be done by clicking the Submit a Ticket link at the top of this page.
