If you find that you need to change your Authorized Representative for your Direct messaging certificate, please contact us by lodging a support ticket which can be done by clicking the Submit a Ticket link at the top of this page.
Please include the following:
- HCO Name: Organization Name
- Subdomain Name: Subdomain name that was requested
- New Authorized Representative's Name
- Email address for new Authorized Representative
- Phone number for new Authorized Representative
When this request is received, your DigiCert file will be updated by the next business day.
The new Authorized Representative will receive the DigiCert email to complete their Online Identity Proofing Verification Process.
