What happens after lodging your identity proofing documents?

If all your submitted documentation is verified by DigiCert, without requests for further information, and the notary public is available when DigiCert contacts them, your certificate can be issued within 1 to 2 business days. Delays at any point will not cause your request to be rejected, DigiCert will continue to attempt to complete all their necessary checks until done.


When DigiCert has completed their checks, they will provide the certificate for your Direct message exchange to RosettaHealth.


RosettaHealth will send an email to the Authorized Representative named in your request, informing them that your requested Direct messaging certificate has been issued, and is ready to enable message exchange. The email from RosettaHealth provides a brief description of action required, if unsure how to proceed please contact your vendors support representative as RosettaHealth does not have detailed knowledge of the vendors provided solution.
