- Click on "Submit a Ticket"
- Fill out all applicable fields
- Requester, Subject, Priority, and Description are required
- If this is for support on a Production Outage, check the box for immediate escalation to RosettaHealth Team
- Please review When to raise a RosettaHealth Production Issue/Outage? for an description of what is and is not considered a production outage. Note that these tickets will be escalated for immediate attention.

Your ticket will be reviewed and responded to by RosettaHealth Support team within 48 hours.
