How do I submit a request for support?


Support requests can be submitted to RosettaHealth Support Portal:


  • Click on "Submit a Ticket"


  • Fill out all applicable fields
    • Requester, Subject, Priority, and Description are required


  • If this is for support on a Production Outage, check the box for immediate escalation to RosettaHealth Team
  • Click Submit




Your ticket will be reviewed and responded to by RosettaHealth Support team within 48 hours.
