IHE Checklist

Routing and firewall Configurations:

Please ensure the following routing configurations are in place.

TEST:

• Allow outbound traffic to destination host: https://ihetest.rosettahealth.net
• Allow outbound traffic to destination port 5445
• All relevant facility test IP’s should be provided to RosettaHealth

PROD:

• Allow outbound traffic to destination host: https://ihe.rosettahealth.net
• Allow outbound traffic to destination  port 5446
• All relevant facility IP’s should be provided to RosettaHealth

SSL:

Please ensure the following certificates are configured were necessary.

• Client certificate provided to RosettaHealth
• Note that facilities can use the same certificate for all of their environments so long as it is NOT self-signed and from a recognized Certificate Authority.
• RosettaHealth certificate chain installed on client application (link provided below). This is required for mutual-authentication (2-way SSL)
• We require all systems to use TLS 1.2 or greater

IHE Implementation Expectations

Please ensure you have the following for all protocols that apply to this connection. All requests intended for the RosettaHealth endpoints listed below are required to be POST requests via HTTPS.

•  All relevant OID’s have been provided to RosettaHealth
•  EMR/EHR(If any) has been indicated to RosettaHealth
•  Working test environment for all Pre-production testing 
  • If no, when do you expect to have this implementation in place? Otherwise please indicate if no there is no intent to implement a test connection?
•  Working Production environment prepared for when we are ready to promote.
  • If no, when do you expect to have this implementation in place?

• Do you have an existing implementation of ITI43 (Retrieve Document Set) ready for pre-production testing?
  • If no, when do you expect to have this implementation in place?

• Do you have an existing implementation of ITI-38 (Cross Gateway Query) ready for pre-production testing?

Patient Demographics Query (PDQ)

• Do you have an existing implementation of ITI55 (Patient Demographic query) ready for pre-production testing?
  • If no, when do you expect to have this implementation in place?
• Do you have the RosettaHealth Endpoint https://ihetest.rosettahealth.net:5445/service/iti47 configured?

Patient Identifier Cross-referencing (PIX)

• Do you have an existing implementation of ITI8 (Patient Identity Feed / PIX ADD) ready for pre-production testing?
  Note: We also support PIX query functionality using the same endpoint 
  • If no, when do you expect to have this implementation in place? 
• Do you have the RosettaHealth Endpoint https://ihetest.rosettahealth.net:5445/service/pixv3 configured?
