Using an Email Client with RosettaHealth Direct Messaging

RosettaHealth's Direct Messaging solution can be accessed by any standard email client. Although mail clients instructions for set up will differ, they all need the following information:


1. Account Information

  • Direct Messaging username and password
    • eg. daffy@direct.goodclinic.org


2. Incoming and Outgoing Email Server Information. 



HostnamePort
IMAP (incoming mail)mail.direct.hispdirect.com143 (with STARTTLS) or 993 (with SSL/TLS)
SMTP (outgoing mail)mail.direct.hispdirect.com587 (with STARTTLS) or 465 (with SSL/TLS)
