Overview
This page contains the current RosettaHealth certificates and certificate chains required to establish secure connections with RosettaHealth services.
Customers should always download certificates from this page to ensure they are using the most current versions.
Organizations participating in mutual TLS (mTLS) or IHE-based exchanges (including XDS.b, PIX, XCA, and XCPD) should review updated certificates and install them as required within their environments.

Server Certificates (Public CA)
These certificates are used to validate RosettaHealth server endpoints.

Important Notes
- Download certificates directly from this page whenever updates are announced.
- Install the complete certificate chain when required by your software or integration platform.
- Organizations using mutual TLS (mTLS) should ensure both server and client trust stores are updated.
- Retired certificates should be removed according to your organization's security policies.
- RosettaHealth will provide advance notice prior to certificate changes whenever possible.
