Please disregard all CY 2023 AUR submission status reports sent to your facility via email on February 1, 2024.
The NHSN application sent out incorrect CY 2023 AUR Module status report emails to facilities registered for the CMS Promoting Interoperability Program. Some facilities received up to seven emails from NHSN containing your CY 2023 annual AUR Module submission status. Those emails contained conflicting reports of your facility’s CY 2023 AUR submission. The NHSN team will email corrected CY 2023 AUR submission status reports to all registered facilities next week. The NHSN team has resolved this issue to prevent these inaccurate reports from being generated next month (on March 1).
If your facility would like a corrected CY 2023 AUR submission status report earlier than next week, the NHSN Facility Administrator for your facility can generate an accurate CY 2023 AUR status report from within the NHSN application by taking the following steps:
After logging into NHSN, click ‘Facility’ then ‘AUR PI Registration’ on the left-hand navigation bar.
On the AUR Promoting Interoperability (PI) Program Registration page, click the blue ‘Reports’ button.
On the Request for AUR PI Program Status Report page, use the drop down to select 2023. Then click ‘View Report.’
From this page:
Email report: You can click ‘Email Report’ to send this report to the Facility Administrator and the (up to two) individuals listed as the Optional PI Program contacts on the Registration page.
Download report: You can click the download icon on the top right of the PDF to download and save the report.
Print PDF report: You can click the printer icon on the top right of the PDF to print the report.
