How does a client of an EHR / vendor create a Direct account?

Creating a RosettaHealth Direct account is easy:

1. Request digital certificate, click here for more detail
   • Complete ID proofing process with DigiCert, see step 2 of the PDF above
   • Once the certificate is issued by DigiCert, RosettaHealth will install the certificate
2. RosettaHealth will provide login credentials to the admin portal
3. The Authorized Representative will then be able to create Direct addresses within the admin portal, click here for more detail
4. You now have the ability to create as many accounts as needed
